As CEO of Resurgent Mining Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he provides strategic leadership focused on safety, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability. Known for advancing underground mining technologies, strengthening global OEM partnerships, and building high-performance teams, he remains committed to responsible mining practices that drive long-term growth, innovation, and value creation.

Rishabh P Nair is a seasoned brand and marketing professional with extensive experience across fintech and e-commerce startups, including Citrus Pay (now PayU), Ratan Tata–backed CashKaro. com, Cube Wealth, and Grip Invest. Beginning his career in journalism, he transitioned into creative leadership roles spanning branding, content, and marketing. He holds a Post Graduate Certification in Marketing and Brand Management from MICA, has completed the CEO Programme from IIM Lucknow, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from GGSIPU, New Delhi. Rishabh brings sharp strategic insight to branding and marketing, underpinned by proven leadership in scaling teams and building brands that grow with the business.

Susanta Patra comes with extensive experience in planning, commissioning, and managing highwall mining projects across Eastern India. He specializes in productivity optimization, equipment performance, and rigorous safety management, ensuring operations remain efficient and compliant. With a strong emphasis on technology-driven execution and disciplined cost control, he consistently delivers high-output mining operations.
